| After my mother moved to Assisted Living, we decided to rent her town home and contacted Sarah and Lloyd at West Orlando Rentals. We met at the property the next day and they freely shared their expertise (I've never rented a property before) along with advice on how best to show, expected rent, and contracts. Needless to say, I was impressed and decided to work with West Orlando. However, we ended up changing tactics as it become clear that my mother wouldn't be able to return to the town home and we again contacted Sarah and Lloyd - this time as our selling agents. Again, nothing but professional and superior service. We closed in a couple of months and Sarah went out of her way to get us the best deal possible (she really knows this market and how to negotiate!) and made everything as stress-free as possible. I can't recommend either West Orlando Rentals or Aspire Realty highly enough. |
| I would highly recommend the services of West Orlando Rentals. Their friendly approach and professionalism, gave us the piece of mind we needed, when we at the time were living abroad. The fact that we knew our house was being well looked after, in our absence gave us the security we wanted. West Orlando Rentals assisted us from start to finish, in the purchase of our property.Their advice and recommendations was invaluable and our decisions, as to 'extras' that we were given the options of, with our new build property. This included the advice of having a lanai to sit under when it rains, and not get everything wet, as a pose to not having one. We also welcomed the advice of having our pool built out to our maximum property line, which enable us to gain extra space for a patio area. They assisted us, from the start to finish of our property, of which we will always be grateful. | Sarah Huebler recently assisted me with renting out a single family home. She was honest with pre -listing recommendations (paint, carpet, minor repairs etc) and she also assisted with providing a reliable company to carry out the tasks quickly and at costs that were fair. After these were completed, she took updated photos and listed the property immediately. About 10 days after listing the property, a lease was signed. Since then, one minor repair issue arose and Sarah obtained my authorization to have work done and the problem was solved without issues, professionally and economically. I am very impressed and know that Sarah will continue to manage this property as if it were her own. |

She takes care of all the aspects involved in taking care of a property, like HOA payments, insurance company bills, and lawn service payments, in addition to finding the right tenants quickly. The Rental Service includes a walk through of all rental homes. Inspections of the rental homes are stored on our data base to protect the rental home and well as the tenant!
ALL LEASES are individually written by our lawyer and are stored on our data base for tenants and landlords convenience
